Gregg's foundation is unique: 20 years with a premier national youth sports camp company, including ten years as National Training Director and five years as a franchise owner. That dual role meant he built high-level training systems and then battle-tested them in his own market. He's trained thousands of coaches nationwide — and he knows what actually works.
Since selling his franchise in 2019, Gregg has brought those proven systems directly to organizations nationwide. That includes:
- Staff training workshops — from planning your training content to leading the session itself, Gregg can support every step of the process so your entire team walks away with the same foundation, language, and expectations.
- Classroom engagement structure and activity progressions — practical teaching tips and a clear activity roadmap that help staff connect with kids and run sessions with confidence from start to finish.
- The GameTime Activity Kit — a complete, ready-to-use resource including physical curriculum with QR-linked game demonstrations, all necessary equipment, and a library of 30 gym and outdoor games.

Meet: Lisa Damon
Lisa has spent her entire professional career in the education, public health, and youth enrichment space — including K-12 teaching, higher education instruction, direct service with youth programs, community engagement events, and training for youth providers.
During her time with GL Consulting, she helped write and develop the curriculum for the GameTime Activity Kit, and she's a frequent presenter at educational and out-of-school-time conferences around the country.
Lisa also partners with Gregg on staff development trainings, leading portions of the sessions and managing logistics. Her cross-disciplinary background gives her a unique lens on what camp professionals need most: staff who are trained, engaged, and equipped to deliver quality programming every day.
