Gregg’s approach to youth programming is built on over two decades of leadership and ownership. He spent 20 years with a premier national youth sports camp company, including ten years as National Training Director and five years as a franchise owner.
This dual perspective allowed Gregg to develop high-level training systems and then battle-test them in a real-market environment.
Throughout his career, Gregg has trained thousands of coaches and managers nationwide. Since successfully selling his franchise in 2019, Gregg leveraged that experience to provide youth sport camp companies and out-of-school time organizations nationwide with the proven systems, engagement practices, and tools—like the GameTime Activity Kit—needed to transform staff into high-performing leaders.
Gregg’s goal is to help you deliver engaging, safe, and professional programs that drive participant retention and operational excellence every single day.
